| The best way to describe the Detroit River Cruise, is the Woodword Dream Cruse on water. It featured the largest display ever on the Detroit River of Chris Crafts, Hacker Crafts, Gar Woods run-a-bouts, and '50s's and '60's unlimited hydroplanes. Add to all of that, the river's biggest in the water antique and classic boat show along with a Marine Mart. On the race course was an APBA sanctioned 13 field (175mph) Unlimited Lights boat race besides an Extreme Water Jet Ski Thrill Show. 50cent appeared at the Roostertail. The DRC took place on the world's most beautiful aqua theater, the Detroit Gold Cup race course. |

| During the 60's and 70's Jerry was Detroit's premier booker of superstar entertainment. |



| JSEI along with the same staff that established the Automotive Thunderboat Association produced the first michigan consumer pet show. All buildings on the 167 acre State Fair Grounds were used to display 4000 pets and animals in their own environment. In addition, 500 booths featuring all sorts of pet products were located in the State Fair's exhibition halls. |

In the 1960s, Carlin began appearing on television variety shows, notably The Ed Sullivan Show and The Tonight Show. Carlin's 1967 debut album,Take Offs and Put Ons, recorded live in 1966 at The Roostertail in Detroit, Michigan. |
